Access Control Technologies

Our approach to access control is unique, as we believe that the key to a successful access control system is to have an accurate, secure database of all the occupants of the building. We focus on delivering this through our data flow processes and procedures, using online applications and a rigorous verification process for each applicant. We do this in conjunction with the managing agents for the premises, as well as the security personnel. Our team captures the data accurately into the access control databases which are housed offsite/in the cloud. All offsite data is secure and is backed up in the event of a database failure.

We offer a range of access control technologies:

• Biometric Systems: Enhance security with fingerprint & handprint technology or facial recognition
• Key Cards, RFID vehicle stickers, RFID tags and Remote Controls: Secure, convenient, and easily managed access solutions for both residential and commercial properties
• Mobile Apps: Empower residents or employees with access via their smartphones, making entry effortless

In addition to the hardware options listed above, there is an increasing need for software solutions for access control. These usually come in the form of an application that runs on a residents’ smartphone. These applications are evolving rapidly and will ultimately allow access to the estate through Bluetooth, NFC or WiFi systems, but at the moment, we use the OneSpace System to deliver one-time PIN codes via an app, delivered to an invited visitor, via SMS. This we call the OneSpace Access, Visitor Management System (VMS).
