Our voice over IP systems are usually used as intercom systems inside large estates or buildings, allowing handsets that are installed in units to connect to the central system where voice calls can be made locally over the common data network. This allows for onsite, secure communication between guardhouses and residents. These calls are made via a PBX ( private branch exchange) device that we host for the client. These PBX devices can also be connected to internet based VoIP Providers to allow calls to “break out” of the closed network, to any telephone service globally.

The alternative to this is to use our partner to deliver a cloud hosted PBX, which performs the same types of services. We have teamed up with Switch Telecoms to deliver standard VoIP services, as well as hosted PBX solutions for clients. In this case, we use SwitchTel’s cloud hosted services.
